Terms & Conditions of Attendance
By attending SNM Melbourne, all participants — including drivers, riders, passengers, spectators, photographers, and any other attendees — agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to keep the event safe, enjoyable, and legal for everyone involved.
Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend the event.

1. General Attendance
- • Attendance at SNM Melbourne is open to all makes and models of cars and motorcycles.
- • All attendees must comply with directions given by event organisers and security personnel at all times.
- • Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at their sole discretion without refund.
- • Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- • Attendees enter and participate entirely at their own risk.
2. Vehicle Conduct & No-Movement Policy
IMPORTANT: Once your vehicle is parked and the meet has commenced, it must remain stationary for the duration of the event. Vehicles may not be moved, repositioned, or driven within or around the event site unless directed by an organiser or in a genuine emergency.
- • Engines must be switched off once a vehicle is parked, unless the organiser specifically approves otherwise (e.g. for a static display or sound demo).
- • Revving, burnouts, drifting, or any form of aggressive driving within or near the event precinct is strictly prohibited.
- • If you need to leave the event early, you must notify an organiser before moving your vehicle. Early departures during peak attendance may not be accommodated.
- • Any vehicle movement without organiser approval may result in immediate removal from the event and a ban from future SNM events.
- • SNM Melbourne and its organisers accept no liability for damage caused to other vehicles, property, or persons as a result of unauthorised vehicle movement.
3. Road Rules & Legal Requirements
- • All vehicles must hold current registration valid for road use, or be transported to/from the venue on a trailer or transporter.
- • All drivers and riders must hold a valid licence for the class of vehicle they are operating.
- • Vehicles must comply with all applicable Australian road laws and roadworthiness standards.
- • Event organisers are not responsible for any traffic infringements, defect notices, or interactions with Victoria Police before, during, or after the event.
- • Motorcyclists must wear an approved helmet at all times while operating their vehicle, including on and off the event site.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
- • All attendees are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- • Any person found to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be removed from the event immediately.
- • Littering is strictly prohibited. Please use the bins provided or take your rubbish with you.
- • Property damage — whether to the venue, other vehicles, or equipment — will be the financial responsibility of the person who caused it.
- • Aggressive or anti-social behaviour, including unnecessary revving, horn use, and obstruction of pedestrian or vehicle pathways, is prohibited.
5. Photography & Filming
- • By attending SNM Melbourne, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of event coverage for use on social media, promotional materials, and any other media.
- • Commercial photography or filming at the event requires prior written approval from the organisers.
- • Do not photograph or film other attendees in a way that is intrusive, disrespectful, or without reasonable consent.
- • SNM Melbourne holds the right to use any event content for promotional purposes without compensation to individuals captured.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- • SNM Melbourne, its organisers, partners, sponsors, and venue holders accept no liability for personal injury, death, vehicle damage, theft, or loss of property during or in connection with the event.
- • All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
- • The event may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.
- • Organisers are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from attendance at the event.
7. Venue Rules
- • All attendees must comply with venue-specific rules in addition to these T&Cs.
- • No alcohol is permitted unless designated licensed areas are provided and clearly communicated.
- • Designated smoking areas apply where relevant. Smoking near vehicles is strictly prohibited.
8. Amendments
SNM Melbourne reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be made available via our official social media channels. Continued attendance at SNM events constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. SNM Melbourne operates a strict no-refund policy.
- • Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of plans, inability to attend, or vehicle breakdown.
- • Tickets are non-transferable. They may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another person without prior written approval from the organising team.
- • If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued on the basis of a date change.
- • In the rare event that SNM Melbourne is fully cancelled (not postponed) by the organising team, a refund or credit may be offered at the organisers’ discretion. This does not constitute an obligation to refund.
- • If you are removed from the event due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.
By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this refund policy in full.
